I can only be there the last 4 days but I can’t wait to get there. Makes me feel like a little kid going to Disney Land!!!! You going??????
My family and I are heading out Wednesday evening to go to Sparta. Long drive for us, but we’ll arrive late Thursday. I’ll shoot over the weekend and head for home on Monday.

I was a high school student at the time and only lived about 2 hours North of Vandalia. Easy drive from there! LOL
I have my pin from that shoot and I plan on taking this years pin and the one from ’79 and placing them side by side for a picture. Kind of cool… 🙂

Yes, San Remo I am originally from the Buckeye State. 🙂 Still have relatives there, but I have lived away from Ohio now longer than I resided there to begin with. Funny how time flies by….
My parents and I used to attend the Ohio State Shoot and the Grand when I was young. Always had a great time. Cherished memories for sure.
As I typed back in July, we headed down to Sparta this past summer to attend. Was a wonderful experience, although the weather was pretty hot by our standards. LOL. Didn’t win anything of course, but I shot half-way decent for me. So that was pleasing. Looking forward to going back again this year. – Jeff
